Da Lu, Si Ping Tui Shou, Chi Gung,
Yi Jin Jing, Ji Ben Gong, An Mo Gong,
Taoist Nei Gung, Ba Duan Jin (The Eight Pieces of Brocade), I Chuan and Taoist Breathing and Meditation.

The instruction is based on the classical principles of T’ai Chi Ch’uan, The Thirteen Kinetic Movements and correct postural alignment. Mainstream classes are held currently in Aboyne, Lumphanan and Banchory. Private instruction is available by arrangement. Anyone wishing to study the art of Wu Style T’ai Chi Ch’uan is welcome to visit one of the regular sessions by prior arrangement.

A selection of T’ai Chi and Chi Gung has been especially adapted to be practised seated (see "Take A Seat"). There is a regular open session held in Banchory which welcomes newcomers.
